International star chefs cook for a good cause

On December 2, 2024, Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba invite you to an exclusive six-handed dinner for the benefit of Fundaziun Uccelin at Schloss Schauenstein. Two international icons, Dominique Crenn and Björn Frantzén, have been recruited for the event.

The scholarships of the Fundaziun Uccelin foundation, which trains young gastronomic talents from the kitchen and service with a tailor-made 20-week program, are financed by donations. The proceeds from the limited places sold go entirely to the foundation,

This year, 9 Michelin stars can be experienced in one evening. On Monday, December 2, Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn, San Francisco) and Björn Frantzén (Frantzén, Stockholm) will join Andreas Caminada and Marcel Skibba to treat guests at Schloss Schauenstein.
