Michelin Guide 2024

The Michelin Guide Switzerland presented its latest culinary guide in Lausanne. The restaurants of the Caminada Group were able to confirm their classification for another year.

First and foremost, the flagship Schloss Schauenstein in Fürstenau (GR) was awarded the highest rating of three stars for the 14th time in a row and also confirmed its green star - a recognition of the restaurant's sustainable approach in terms of working methods, philosophy and product sourcing. The teams of the two other restaurants in Fürstenau (GR), the vegetarian Oz, which also confirmed its star, and Casa Caminada were also honoured with the same award. The Mammertsberg in Freidorf (TG) and the IGNIVs in Bad Ragaz (SG) and Zurich (ZH) are also listed with two stars.
