In a restaurant run with passion, every dish tells a little story. And so does a cookery book written with passion. Try out the recipes from Andreas Caminada and his chefs, get to know Graubünden and the people behind the products we love to work with.

It all began in 2019 with a bright red book featuring a heart on the cover. Its title: ‘Pure passion’. Its aim: to win your heart with the simple cuisine of Graubünden and motivate you to cook Graubünden classics and more modern dishes that are still rooted in the mountain canton. The second book in the Herz series followed a year later with ‘Pure Freude’, a collection of recipes with a slightly broader geographical focus that can be easily prepared at home. Books number 3 and 4 will follow in late summer and autumn: first a volume dedicated to our IGNIV restaurants, which also introduces the protagonists there in detail, then the third Herz book: ‘Pure Frische’ (Pure Freshness), a work full of vegetarian recipes and stories about our permaculture garden.
