Sharing only works at the family table and not in fine dining restaurants? Not at all! We are convinced that food that we share with people close to us tastes particularly good everywhere. Especially when it is combined with music, fine art and a warm hospitality culture to create a total work of art.
One nest has become four in recent years. From one idea to a successful concept that now even has an offshoot in Bangkok. The four IGNIV chefs create their menus based on the flavours of Andreas Caminada and Schloss Schauenstein, but always incorporate their personality and the typicality of the place where they work. The focus is on regional products, but there is also room for outstanding flavours from abroad. IGNIV means ‘nest’ in Romansh, and we want our guests to feel as secure as a bird in its nest. We take up the idea of sharing with wines in large bottles as well as with the dishes at the centre of the table.
